Book of Maya is a difficult one to review, as it is just Book of Ra with a new skin, and the skin isn’t particularly impressive. If you’re into Aztec mythology and history then this is the slot for you, but beyond that, it’s kind of hard to work out who Book of Maya is for.

It’s a fun slot, don’t get us wrong, and the free spins feature is excellent. If you’ve never played a Novomatic slot, this is an excellent one to start with. If you’re a fan of Book of Ra, however, don’t expect any surprises.
